Splash Life Booking begin to book mega shows and went on to break attendance records at LaVela producing blockbuster concerts with Lil Baby, K Camp, PNB Rock, and more. The beginning of 2018 started off on a great note with Splash Life booking Lil Wayne to headline the 2018 AVN Awards in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Casino. Also long term client Kevin Gates being released from jail after a 2 year incarceration reconnected with Splash Life spawning a series of welcome home concerts for Kevin selling out multiple arenas in the U.S.
During this unprecedented run hurricane Michael hit in October 2018 devastating the entire Florida panhandle wiping Club LaVela completely off the map. This devastation definitely set SLB back during the recovery process from the damage of the category 4 hurricane.
At the top of 2019 Dollah continued his relentless grind connecting with Def Jam Records emerging new artist YK Osiris and started booking him for concerts, appearances & tours.
After a string of arena shows opening for other headliners, Dollah ended up securing Osiris a direct support slot on the 2019 Kevin Gates “I’m Him Tour”. Confirming YK for over 30 performance dates directly supporting Kevin, also on this same tour billing was a buzzing new talent Rod Wave who opened the show before Osiris. The tour was a huge success and 2020 was looking bright until the world came to a screeching halt with the news of Covid 19 pandemic spreading like wild fire.
The last event of 2020 prior to the shutdown was Dollah Dae’s birthday bash Saturday March 14, 2020 in Fort Walton Beach FL hosted by Instagram celebrities Ari Fletcher and Alexis Skyy. This event became viral as the two social media influencers began a feud via Twitter just weeks before the event. Both Ari and Alexis still showed up and had a great time without any physical incidents.
The party made headlines across all the major blogs as the two had a short back and forth broadcasted argument live in the club. This took over social media and became the talk of the internet for several weeks. Immediately after Dollah’s birthday America was shut down indefinitely putting the entertainment industry in a standstill. Splash Life was fortunate enough to only be inactive a few months before an opportunity presented itself May 2020 through the form of the virtual streaming.
The popular new website OnlyFans reached to Splash Life to collaborate and together they launched the series OnlyFans Friday a live stream based concept where celebrity creators join the OF Platform and host virtual performances with interviews live from their accounts. The short series featured special guests Yung Bleu, Trina, Ying Yang Twins, Juvenile, and Asian Doll. With 2021 changing the scope of all things entertainment with new Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions SLB had to shift gears making necessary adjustments to survive in this new era.
The year 2021 was overall successful for SLB scoring numerous sold concerts with Pooh Shiesty, Lil, Durk, K Camp, Jacquees & their newest talent addition Tay Money. SLB also scored lucrative collaborations with MTV, Boys & Girl Club and popular South Padre Island, TX concert venue Claytons Beach Bar. 2022 is looking very prosperous for the entertainment agency.
